Swine flu and New Moon

Hey everyone! So most of you on that are also on facebook know that all last week I was sick at home with swine flu! Yuck! It was the most terrible time! I was in bed (on my death bed no less) for almost an entire week. During my sickness, I was quarantined to my house for 4 days and I missed an event that I had been waiting a whole year for! It was the midnight showing of New Moon. I bought my ticket back in September and was so excited to see the second movie in the Twilight saga. Infact that was one of the things I was most sad about missing while sick. I will admit I even shed a few tears of frustration and sorrow. But, don't feel too sad for me. I was able to see it last night. Only 4 days later. Not too shabby. And, I am happy to say that I loved it! The book wasn't my favorite but, I felt like they did an excellent job at the movie. It's so much better than the Twilight movie. Some of us "Twi-hards" wish that they would remake Twilight but, hey let us cross our fingers that they make a Midnight Sun movie!
In New Moon Bella loses the love of her life Edward (he leaves her because he believes he's protecting her) and becomes best friends with by far the hottest 16 y.o I've ever seen.... Jacob. Bella is one lucky girl because she has both guys fighting over her! Now don't get me wrong, for those of you who know me, it seems like I'm always choosing between 2 guys... but there is a difference when they are fighting over you... ha ha So here is a picture taken on my phone from the movie theatre. It's me choosing between 2 loves!

So sad to hear you had the piggy flu! I'm glad you are feeling better, and that you saw New Moon. I haven't seen it yet, it looks pretty good though. I do hope it is better than Twilight, although I thought it was still pretty good. I miss you! How was your Thanksgiving? We really need to chat!
